Noted:

Now the strapping machine can work only for PET strap(the straps thickness 0.8~1.2mm) after it leaves the factory,

you need adjust this machine or change some accessories(in accessories package) if you use PP straps(the straps thickness 0.6mm) as below:

1.If the straps can not tightened and slipped easily(DON’T WORRY),pls you only need add one gasket on the gear plate as product picture 10.
2.If the straps can not heating and welding(DON’T WORRY),pls you tighten the welding screw to reduce the welding gap as product picture 11,
3.If the blade can not cut the straps(DON’T WORRY),pls you change the spring as product picture 12.
