DIGITAL ONEPIPET INTRODUCTION
The ONEPIPET electronic pipette is an electronic volumetric instrument designed to measure and transfer liquids precisely and safely. It can measure and transfer volumes from 0.1 ul to 5000 ul depending on the model.
The ONEPIPET electronic pipette is equipped with a LCD display which shows the pipetting volume and other parameters
The setting of the volume is done by turning of the volume-setting wheel (Fig. 1B). The range of the volume of the aspirate liquid is shown on the pipetting key (Fig. 1A).
The ONEPIPET pipettes are produced in 4 models, Covering the volume range from 0.2 ul to 5000 ul.
The ONEPIPET Is a high quality instrument which offers excellent accuracy and precision. The accuracy and precision (repeatability) of liquid volume depend on the quality of tips used. The values for accuracy and precision given in the table below were obtained using matching tips. Only those tips guarantee correct operation of the pipettes and ensure accuracy and precision of liquid sampling.
The accuracy and precision are obtained with matching tips, using a gravimetric method, performing at least 10 measurements of distilled water at a temperature of 20+1C, according to EN ISO 8655 standard.
DIGITAL PIPET DESCRIPTION OF KEY FUNCTIONS
Speed key (Fig. 1E) - is responsible for changing the aspiration/discharging speed in the state of aspiration discharging. Speed key has 5 levels, and the 1st level is the slowest.
Pipetting mode switch key (Fig. 1D)- is responsible for switching freely between manual mode and automatic pipette mode. Pressing and holding the key in the automatic/manual pipette interface can enter the preset program or the stored program.
Adjustment wheel (Fig. 18)- is responsible for adjusting the liquid volume in the automatic/manual pipette interface. it can adjust the volume in manual mode (not aspirate), and the aspirate liquid is responsible for changing the direction of aspiration/discharging. It is responsible for moving the cursor in the preset program mode.
Pipetting/enter key (Fig 1A) is responsible for aspiration/discharging in the main pipette mode. The pipetting/enter key is OK key when necessary.
